Will this wiki work?

I recently came across an interesting discussion of why some wikis work and some don't, and it got me thinking about how many potential users of this wiki there are. I think of it being of interest mainly to Catholics with some postgraduate education, especially Catholic grad students in theology or social sciences (like me). I imagine isolated Catholic students in departments with atmospheres vaguely mocking of religious belief, some of them passionate about integrating their faith with their scientific ideas and some of them only loosely connected to the Church they were raised in but occasionally curious about its teachings..


For now, I'm just having fun organizing my own thoughts on these fascinating topics. It will just be a bonus …

Welcome

Hello, I started this wiki a couple days ago after thinking about doing it for several months. I wanted to do something to help bring economics and Catholic social teaching into better communication with each other. Although my education is in economics and that's where I mainly plan to contribute to this wiki, I decided to broaden the topics out a bit for a couple reasons. Other social sciences have a lot to contribute to understanding the relationship between economics and Catholic doctrine, and I'm also very interested in the intersection of Catholic doctrine with other sciences.
